As Fabriv operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, no online payment or card information is collected through this website. Any data you provide (such as your name, address, and contact details) may be transmitted across various network infrastructures as part of normal site operations.

Section 3 - Products and Services

Certain products, including select sweaters, tops, and t-shirts, may only be available online through this website. These items may be subject to limited stock and are only eligible for return or exchange as outlined in our official Return & Refund Policy. While we strive to display the colors and fabric details of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor will render these colors perfectly.

Section 4 - Cash on Delivery (COD)

Fabriv operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. No payment is collected when you place your order — you commit to paying the exact order total in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Refusing to accept a COD package upon arrival may lead to the suspension of COD privileges for your account on future orders.

For refunds regarding COD purchases, manual bank or digital wallet transfers will be required. Please consult our Return Policy for further instructions.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery Framework

We prioritize getting your order to you quickly. By completing a purchase, you agree to our shipping schedule:

Service Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, or on a weekend/holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time: All orders require 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing and packing.

Transit Time: After dispatch, packages typically spend 4 to 7 business days in transit.

Estimated Delivery: Your complete order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the initial purchase date.

Shipping Fees: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the U.S.

Note: Unforeseen delays caused by severe weather, carrier issues, or national holidays may occasionally occur. Fabriv cannot be held liable for transit delays once the package is under the carrier's control.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order placed on our store. At our discretion, we may limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per transaction. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout. All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We provide a 30-day return timeframe for eligible items. Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
