Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free within the US, no minimum purchase required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, combining processing and transit time.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Fabriv operates on a Cash on Delivery basis. You pay the exact order total in cash to the courier when your package arrives — no payment is collected online.

What if I'm not home when my COD package arrives?

Your courier will typically attempt delivery based on their standard schedule. Repeated refusal to accept a COD package may lead to suspension of COD privileges on future orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

How do I get a refund on a COD order?

Since payment is made in cash at delivery, refunds for COD orders are issued via manual bank or digital wallet transfer after your return is approved.
